Coming Together

All the work I’ve been doing on 3D scanning, photogrammetry and my vintage photo collection have been coming together.

There’s still so much more to do, but I feel I’m finally in place to put some pieces together to see how they fit. Thus, the “sketches” you see above. I wouldn’t call them successful or finished. But they’re necessary for me to evaluate the next steps.

Standing back and looking at these I can tell I need to do more work in getting better scans of my models. I also need to work the texture/image maps, create environment maps and light models. I need to work on integrating the models into the scene better by recognizing variations in topography.

The poses here are too fine art/drawing class-ish. My vision for the poses has always been more submissive, slave-like and explicit (nude, spreads, kneeling, etc…).

The project is still untitled.

2017 will be the year I start getting these into the shape I originally envisioned for them. With that in mind, I’m looking for women who would like to participate in this artistic nonsense.

If you’re in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, a natural woman over the age of 18, height/weight proportionate and would like to make some spending cash posing for me, just send me a note at model [at] dvu5 [dot] com. (how’s that for a run-on sentence, y’all?)

Be sure to include the following info or I’ll just ignore your request:

  1. Name and/or stage name
  2. Birthdate
  3. Height/weight/measurements
  4. five (5) recent photographs of yourself (include a head shot and full figure shots)
  5. Email address and/or best means to get in touch with you electronically
  6. Your availability, what days and times of the week you would be able to spend in a photo shoot that lasts up to four hours.
